"Close to train station and city for easy walking. One bad experience was the party at Flora. People were celebrating and talking very loudly until 4:00 am. Need to close at a much earlier hour. Very little sleep that night."

"Our stay at Chateau Gütsch was awesome and filled with unique experiences, especially thanks to its rich history. However, housekeeping needs improvement; our amenities weren’t topped up, and we even had to buy our own toilet paper from a nearby market. It is a memorable place to stay, but the service needs to be sharper."

"Nice place with good lake view"

"Great location! Wonderful staff!"

"We were on the lowest floor above a very loud ally/courtyard frequented by restaurant staff breaking glass bottles, talking, and smoking until late at night. The room was comfortable. Desk staff get overwhelmed at check-in; the luggage storage area is not monitored by staff"

"It was great in everyway but for families I would say it had a small rooms but clean, andneverything. The other thing was make sire to get a room from the lake side not from the other side because the views are spectacular"

"clean,wonderfull breakfast,good location"

"Clean very comfortable"

"The check-in UI is not convenient. The real button is mixed with useless button when sign in after arrival."

"The hotel was in an excellent central location not only were there bus stops close by but the main train station was within easy walking distance. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and Marco the breakfast assistant was polite and attentive. The amenities were all excellent and the only thing missing was a fridge in the room which is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars ."
