"Amazing breakfast, staff, comfy bed, and location. I will definitely go back when I am in Quito. Also a huge shoutout to the driver, the hotel sent to pick us up, and dropped us off at the airport Christian what a delight."
"The hotel was very good overall. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We also received a room upgrade thanks to our Expedia Platinum status, which was a nice benefit, and the room itself was very spacious.
The only things I didn’t particularly like were the television, which felt much too small for such a large room, and a noticeable motor-like noise that could be heard during the night.
Aside from those minor issues, we had a very...
"The hotel benefits from an excellent location just across the street from the Quicentro shopping centre and all of its cafes and restaurants. It is a great spot to start exploring the city and is in a generally safe area. There are security guards outside the property and overall you will find that this is a safe hotel.
The property is a good size, with 136 bedrooms so it is a nice intimate space with about 14 rooms on each floor meaning this is not a bustling and chaotic hotel, which is...
"This hotel is truly a gem. From the decor to the location to the wonderful staff, we had a wonderful stay. It has a great rooftop bar with amazing views and the dinner we had their restaurant was one of the best meals we had on our 17 days in Ecuador. The breakfast was top notch too. The hotel is gorgeous and you are right in the historic center with so much beautiful architecture right at your door step. The staff went above and beyond with helping us get settled and provided us with a lovely...
"Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel. "
"The first night was terrible, I got a room with a terrible smell
I got a bad headache, therefore I requested to change my room. The gentleman who worked at night was very friendly and helpful. I got an upgraded room for the same price.
The lady who worked during the day (Karla) was very friendly and helped us referring good restaurants near the hotel and things to do in Quito."
