"The hotel was reasonable but def not worth the £311 we paid for a night! I appreciate the concert being on drove the price up but was def not worth anything like that price. The room was fairly big but old and dated. The bathroom was again massive but quite dated also. There were some marks on the carpet that looked like burn marks and again for the price should not be there. The staff were great, could not fault them. "I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very quiet and peaceful and enjoyed sitting outside at the rear. There's no problem parking. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only criticism I have is, about the shower room. It needs something to put your toiletries on. There is a small glass shelf above the wash basin, but that is taken up by the complimentary toiletries and 2 glasses. Even without them it's only a small shelf. "Loved the swimming pool, that’s the main reason I booked this hotel, however it was very warm, too warm to do much swimming. Our room was lovely and clean, if not a little dated.
