"A lovely, spacious room, in a delightfully rambling Georgian coaching inn. My room had a nice view over ancient rooftops to open countryside. And the complimentary shampoo and liquid soap were eco & skin-friendly. The landings and stairwells were cosy (sofas, cabinets, old mirrors, prints...). I thought I should drop 'facilities (etc)' to 4 because – as they made very clear in advance and on check-in – my top-floor room had a bath only (no shower), low ceilings, and no lift. The reception desk...
