"We were there for just one night, but I really liked how hotel. It was clean, the staff was nice, we got there before check in time and they still gave us our room. The breakfast was included in the price and it was fabulous. Not just your typical continental breakfast. I loved that it was a couple of minutes from the train station. Very convenient. "When we arrived they advised our dinner reservations were cancelled because a large wedding party had booked the restaurant. We had booked this months in advance.The door knob fell off the door and we could not lock our room. The shower hose came loose from the wall and sprayed water every where. The wedding party band kept us up til midnight. Room service breakfast arrived cold.The hotel is beautiful but not a good experience."

"The perfect place to access Cinque Terre. If you want to stay close but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle this hotel is for you. The free shuttle service to and from the train station is a perfect amenity. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, views are exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
