"I didn’t want to leave! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pre-check-in process and activity-planning support made our trip much easier. We loved the volcano view, lush gardens that provided plenty of privacy, convenient parking right outside our unit, and the relaxing thermal pool. The food was also very good. A wonderful stay overall."
"This place was so beautiful and peaceful! We went during rainy season and it was still soo pleasant! The greenery around the hotel was beautiful! We also felt very safe because they didn’t just let anyone come in after hours. It’s very peaceful walking around! The breakfast from the menu was the best! The buffet breakfast is okay. The staff was very helpful also and it was very clean! We have a great view of the volcano (when it decided to reveal itself) from our room"
"This hotwl was an amazing place to stay! Daniel was an incredible host and took us on tours in their own brand-new private bus at a great rate, which made everything so easy. He even drove us back to San Jose and had a baby seat for our little one!

Each feels very separate from the others and the whole property is covered in well maintained plants.
