"The site is spectacular with all the rooms overlooking the volcano and I liked that the hotel is not terribly large. The thermal pools were amazing, with 5 cascading pools, from hot to cooler as they descend. The food was excellent with several options. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing and featured both local and international fare, and so much fruit! The staff were all so helpful and attentive. "

"This is hands down a 5 star hotel. The hotel is on an amazing property with an amazing view from the rooms. The rooms have a heated hot tub on the patio and the vibe is very nice. The pools are heated, so you can enjoy at any time. The food at the restaurant was solid , and the staff makes up for the rest since everyone is very nice. They transport you around on golf carts when ever needed, and get your car for you so you don’t have to walk around. The spa was a 10/10, from the setting to the...
