We initially received two single beds instead of the double we booked (this was corrected after we complained), but our room was located directly next to the outdoor smoking area, so cigarette smoke constantly drifted into our room and balcony despite requesting a non-smoking room. The bathroom was really dirty on arrival and had a strong drain smell. Although it was cleaned that evening after we reported it, it should have been properly cleaned before...
