"Our room was smaller than I expected. Paid so much to pick the room with the view of Matterhorn and can only see just the little corner at the left side of the room. Not worth it to stay at the room with Matterhorn view. Not definitely the room in the pics in the website. Was disappointed with the view. Should be more truthful about that."
"Loved the spa and pool. We used the spa face very day after the hiking and touring on the mountains. So relaxing! Breaking selections are great but one of the coffee machines was out two days in a row. Bummer!

"This was the most interesting hotel we stayed at during our two week trip to Switzerland. I cannot speak for the quality of other hotels in this area, but the Alex Alpine Resort is a lovely place to stay. It is filled with character and just a short walk from the train station, making it an easily accessible hotel near many shops and restaurants. We had a view of the Matterhorn right from our balcony. Breakfast was sufficient. We would absolutely stay there again."
"We've stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is across the street from the train station to Zermatt, which is very convenient. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room comes with a kitchenette. The hallway has planty off closets space. The food at the restaurant was delicious. There is an underground parking garage for 12 SF. I would highly recommend this hotel."
