"was raining and parking is so difficult to find, we end up soak and wet, my rubber shoes was wet and can not used for the day, end up buying another pair for this trip"

"One of the most beautiful hotels we have experienced. My wife and I did the Acatenango summit and this is was the perfect place to recharge afterward. We had a relaxing time enjoying the beautiful upstairs terrace while our room was being prepared and when we able to get into the room we were so pleased. The food and drink was superb and our outside terrace in our room had a beautiful rustic fountain."

"People tend to overestimate their expectations of what hotel should do versus what they imagine is necessary. This place is good at what it does, good location to walk around the town, comfy beds and rooms, and friendly staff. You want to stick around the hotel your whole trip? You're in the wrong country"

Although the parking is located at another very nice hotel a short distance away, it is covered and secure, which is a big plus. They also offer a delicious welcome drink, and the breakfast is very good as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!"

"Beautiful place to stay quiet"

"Only spent one night but had a great experience at Hotel Casa Rústica. The timing of our travels meant we arrived in Antigua at 6am. There was no early check in available for us but the staff were extremely helpful and let us drop our bags and use the facilities throughout the day. They also provided some coupons for some of the local businesses. Some staff spoke English but most primarily spoke Spanish - our interactions helped me practice my Spanish and they were patient. "La amabilidad y atención del personal es increíble"

"Beautiful spot, great location, walking distance to the plaza, super safe, clean, Natalia and staff were extremely helpful!"

"The place was great. What wasn’t is the early closing of the activities. Check in is at three and the activities were closed by 4. By the time you settle in the first day is wasted."
