"Room was clean Staff was ok There was no breakfast. They told me to buy breakfast"

"I had an amazing time very spacious for a family of 5"

"Was in a non smoking room, but found out there was cigarettes burns and there was a stain on the sheets after checking in and told the staffs about it. we reserved a room for 4 but only got 2 towels. After we told the staff about the stain there was this one lady that wasn't too happy and each time we passed by gave us a bit of a dirty look."

"The hotel is beginning to show some signs of wear and tear. My room was on the second floor by the atrium and didn’t have the best soundproofing, I could hear other rooms at 4am (I am admittedly a light sleeper). Breakfast is good and the staff are courteous and helpful. Good location for exploring the city, especially as the city hop on and hop off tour bus is right outside the entrance."

"Clean room, kind and patient staff, the kitchen was amazing to have."
