"We stayed in October as a family of 2 adults and 1 one year old. We knew the hotel was right in the centre of a buzzing nightlife area and expected some noise, but we couldn't hear anything from outside the hotel! Up until about midnight, the sound of people returning from nights out was loud inside the hotel as the hallways are tile and not carpeted - again we expected this, and can't be helped with the hotels location - but do consider if you have kids. The room was spacious with a double...

"Really the stay was pleasant, but there is one problem that must be taken care of, the cleanliness of the room. I stayed a week. The first day, everything was excellent. After that, the cleanliness is very bad. I spoke with the reception, but it seems that the cleaners are inexperienced."

"Nicely positioned with excellent views from our fourth floor balcony. Very nice pool and spa area. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast good though a little eclectic."

"The owners of this hotel desperately need to invest in their property. Gym - pathetic Outdoor pool - barely deep enough to swim in. Indoor pool - Hadn't been cleaned in a while. Black scum on the tiles. Reception Staff. Barely engaged eye contact or a smile. Housekeeping - great. Clean room everyday. Breakfast - great sausages, rubbish bacon. The toaster only toasted on one side everyday. Staff worked well to stay on top of the demands. The room - very very poor. The double bed...

"Hervorragend abgesehen von der harten Matratze"

"We had a very pleasant stay at the IBIS hotel. The staff were super friendly, well organised and helpful. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast selection. The hotel is well located with easy transport links. We would definitely be staying there again."

"Great location. Rooms clean and adequate for needs.. would doubt spending much time in them with the city on your doorstep!"

"Room was spotlessly clean. Large shower with good water pressure and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice with a choice of cereals, bacon, sausage and eggs and some pastries and cold meats etc. Location has easy transport links close by. Staff were polite and friendly. I think it would be hard to beat for the price and would definitely stay again myself in future"

"Ideal stay for 1 night. We stayed in the last week of October. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but we ate our evening meal in the bar - excellent and the service was good. We couldn’t change the aircon in the room and the public rooms / bar were chilly."

"Staff were useless"
