"We recently enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Crown Hotel, and we could not fault it. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is excellent, from the choices of the freshly cooked breakfast to the choice, quality and portion sizes of the evening meals. "

"The hotel is perfectly placed to walk into the centre or to drive out to other areas. Easy to find and a lovely warm welcome. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. No evening meals though they do bar snacks. Average prices on drinks. And if you want a meal without walking into the centre turn left as you come out of the car park and walk 100 yards down the road. On the right is a pub called the Eagle. Not pub grub but very nice food."

"The hotel decor was stunning, the room was a good size, and had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was wonderful. Check in and out smooth. Would recommend for a city break, walkable distance from city centre so perfect for shopping, but far enough away from clubs etc to be nice and quiet - perfect!"

"This is a charming independent hotel in a convenient location for Norwich centre. As with all hotels of its ilk it does not have the funding provided by the conglomerates but the plus side is its individuality and character. The staff were really good "
