The rooms are a bit shabby-looking, the carpet was very worn-down and the windows were really dirty aswell. But overall, the room was really big and the beds were comfortable (in comparison to most places in China). The hotel also provided little sanitary packs and towels. "Well it is old so you will not get all the mod ins. We were there at winter and the electric blankets provided were essential. So in winter it is cold. It is however full of character and the staff very helpful with English spoken at least to a basic level. So for an authentic experience well worth it. They also helped us get a car to the mountain which was great value."
