"Resort was nice. The chalets were a lot more rustic than the photos depicted. The downstairs reminded me of the shining, furniture was very worn down as well as the picnic table on the balcony. The “beach area” was also very swampy. Overall would return with different expectations. "

"This is a special place where the owner and her family can’t do enough to ensure you have a wonderful relaxing stay. Attention to detail is everywhere and the home baked produce is delicious. Breakfast was excellent and the views from the inn are stunning at sunrise and sunset. The solar heated pool is great for a refreshing dip after a long day hiking in Yosemite."

"House was beautiful as was the view off of the back porch. Although we didn’t use them, there were lots of games available. Would be even better in the summer with the back porch and grilling. Owners were available throughout our stay if needed anything and had a pound of local coffee for us which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property for families, couples or any combination. Thanks for the hospitality. "

"It was mostly a comfortable experience except the air conditioner in the master bedroom was shaky and making a lot of noise. The backyard is not maintained, looks nothing like the picture. The rooms are clean, everything works as expected (except the A/C mentioned above). Overall it was a good stay, I'd recommend it if you want to have a weekend getaway from big cities. "

Good dining options in the area in 4-5 miles. An excellent option if you are visiting Yosemite and not staying in the valley Drawbacks were the rooms are on the smaller side. There was no closet in the room. There was a large table with drawers, but they could add some option to hang clothes. Also no microwave or mini refrigerator, which was not an issue for us, staying only for a few days. Breakfast is included but is minimal, they do offer you a sausage and egg sandwich though. "
