"Great family room with separate bunk beds for the children. Brilliant breakfast and canapes and staff were great. Only downside was the hot water wasnt working very well so had coldish showers."
"A warm welcome, lovely spacious and very clean room. Had a meal in the restaurant in the evening which was excellent, booking recommended as was very busy. Breakfast cooked to order.
The only thing that would make it perfect is a hot tub and sauna 😁"
"The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart.
The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it.
The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. The markings for hot and cold faded and difficult to establish which way to turn.
The bath had various stains around the plug hole and bath and certainly...
"Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Warm reception from Becky on arrival. Room was spacious, clean and had a good selection of tea, coffee and lovely mugs.
Decided to eat in Hotel and was able to choose to eat in the restaurant area or any of many little eating areas around the hotel floor. Good selection on the evening menu. Breakfast menu was great too with friendly and warm service."
"Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect"
"The hotel is very worn in all areas - carpet dirty and coming up. Hallways are dark and dingy. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn."
"Dining room restaurant chairs stained and dirty carpet dirty and beyond cleaning timber floors need sanding snd polishing understaffed
Staff very friendly and helpful
Television not tuned overall the hotel needs preventative maintenance very noisy facing canal could not recommend this facility one of the worst premier inn hotels I have visited"
"Avoid. Bed bug ridden, dirty, uncontactable managers. We ended up staying outside on the street overnight after we discovered the bugs and nowhere else was open to book.
Horrific hotel."
"We had a fantastic few days away at the wentworth. Our room was over the road in villa/annex, very quiet large room with a lovely large bathroom and shower. Lovely little courtyard garden. The breakfast was very good. We a one meal in the restaurant which was amazing. Overall our stay was excellent and would we will definitely return. Would highly recommend"
