"Staff couldnt have done enough to help. Room was very clean, facilities included a bath/shower which was a pleasant surprise. After a day of travelling it was a nice treat. Ideal location for the activities planned."

Re staying check in was an odd experience took absolutely ages as the staff had to double up doing that with bar service but was met with a super friendly chap (sorry I was pretty uncommunicative at that point - tired from travel etc - but your efforts were noted and appreciated). The room itself nicely presented and very clean, bed was comfortable but there was no drawers to put clothes in so not v suitable for longer...

I slept well and it was well situated to explore everything and be straight out in the buzz of millennium square and the waterways in the morning. "Approximately 10 minutes drive to centre of Bristol and with good parking (£3.50 for 24 hours if staying). Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are very clean and rooms are very large but the hotel could do with some tlc and looking very tired. Ideal however for a short stay"
