"Very clean room, nice breakfast."

"Staff are wonderful - very helpful and accomodating. Property is well maintained and room very clean. Lighting in the rooms is soft, setting a comfortable atmosphere. However, I do have have poor eyesight and could have been more comfortable with brighter task lighting in the room. I do like the soap and shampoo provided."

"Lack of housekeeping staff and a busy weekend at the hotel meant we didn’t get anyone to clean our room for two of the days. We had to chase down our towels twice because they would take but not replace linens. Furniture was thread bare and ripped. No room service / lacking. Washrooms by the pool/gym were not clean and needed repairs. Old hotel in need of upkeep."

"The Hot tub was ice cold When I complained about it, the staff was rude to me, and all they would do to fix the problem was to have someone "look into it" It was late after a long day of travel. I told the staff that this was unacceptable, and that I expected a full refund so I could find a different hotel with a functional hot tub. The staff refused, and the hotel management refused to compensate me in any way. I guess Best Western is desperate for every booking they can manage to secure."

"Very limited parking, have to park early evening or you won't have a spot for the night, small basis pool that is extremely echoey. Hard to be in the area if multiple people are in the pool. Especially kids. Rooms were small, but did the job. Bathroom was small but works, tub is very narrow and tight. Water pressure and shower head was good. Room had a small fridge and microwave. Overall a decent stay if your looking for a basic stay and smaller beds."

"The included breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options and fresh fruit. The room was well appointed and clean. The front desk staff were very helpful during check in and with any questions that came up during the stay. The underground parking garage is a bit of a challenge with large vehicles as it’s a tight space but there are some outdoor parking spaces available also. "People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back"

Area feels a bit sketchy, and it didn't help they share a small parking lot with another hotel so I ended up parking on the street three blocks away and carrying my stuff. "We only stayed for one quick night, but have stayed here before and had a great experience thus stayed here again. Great value for money and would highly recommend."
