"When I stayed here before it was excellent, this time it was good, the check in was as smooth and there appeared to be computer problems as they couldn't find my booking immediately. On check in they took the full amount from my card and also a further £60 , when i questioned why, I was told it was a deposit? Overnight parking is £12.50 which I thought was a bit expensive, especially when a guest .The facilities were decent with a bar and a limited food option menu. Breakfast was excellent...

"The hotel is large and well presented. The rooms themselves were medium sized and had a shared balcony area above the first floor, and as I have been to Eastbourne countless times at many hotels I would put this definitely in the upper ranks compared to all others. The man on reception was very friendly and funny. The hotel is in an old building so it will be hard to updated all of it. All the staff we met were very friendly. It is not easy to park around this hotel."

"First of all the important things- the staff went over and above at every turn and I would say faultless, the location couldn’t be better, you are literally on the sea front in the most beautiful part of Eastbourne, and the beds were very comfortable and bedding was spotless.
