"This hotel is located at a strategus place in London, walking distance from Buckingham Palace, the National Gallery, and a lot of restaurants. It is clean on the inside and has an attached caffe in the lowest floor. There is a number of homeless people right outside the hotel, but it is safe inside the hotel as their staff is on site 24/7. The room we had was pretty small, but it had what we needed: bed, toilet, shower, sink. We had to ask for towels every night because they do not change them...

"Very small rooms, but nice and updated. Everything is self service, check in was a mess as the iPads didn’t work and everyone ended up standing in line waiting to check in with the one person working at the front desk. We also had the fire alarm go off twice in four days. There were no hand or hair towels, and no hair dryer in the bathroom. Bed was hard as a rock. You get what you pay for. Works if you’re only sleeping and showering there. But would not recommend if you’re spending a lot of time...
