"Amazing"

"The room was clean and spacious. Has the usual complimentary hot drinks, hairdryer and also an iron and ironingboard. A choice of scrambled eggs, beans, bacon along witk a good range for a continental breakfast, served early from 6am both Saturday and Sunday, useful as I had to be a the event from 7.30am. Helpful, pleasant staff. Enjoyed my stay. Also this hotel was walking distance (5 mins) from the Telford indoor shopping centre where there was a large range of shops and places to eat."

"Terrible accomodation. I was moved thrice because the rooms have mould, so I checked out early to avoid getting more sick."

"60代の夫婦で北Wales観光の際に利用したこのホテル。駐車場が広々としていて、利用しやすかったです。市街の中心部に立地していて、色々なお店に徒歩でも比較的簡単にアクセスできました。 シャワールームにはバスタブが設置されていたので、お湯をはってゆっくりと入浴を楽しめました。 2026年7月の宿泊だったので(Walesでも連日、例年よりも暑い日が続いていました)、部屋の中に小型の扇風機があれば、さらに快適に過ごせたと思います。 ホテルはビリヤード台やゲーム機を備えたバブと同じ建物なので、そこで時間を過ごすのも楽しいでしょう。"
