"We stayed 2 nights. Perfectly adecuate to stay and spend your day in the lovely villages nearby. The aetting was very pretty. The room was spaceous but hot (despute having a fan) and not very aound proof (it was a dog next door that kept us awake one of the nights), it also didn't have plug sockets next to the bed and the water pressure of the shower was low. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice. For the price, you would probably expect a bit more but overal it was...

"Absolutely beautiful stay, lovely and clean, beautiful sea view. If we stayed for more than two nights I'd get a bigger room but it was absolutely fine for two nights. The other guests were really noisy, coming in late and singing but that's not the fault of the hotel. We would definitely stay again"

No staff available when needed ended up paying £15 a day parking because no staff available to get a parking permit. Lift was broken and we were on the third floor with my mum who struggles to walk. Don’t answer emails before stay"

"Lovely Hotel at the top of Rye close to the church and the castle. Staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent with a large choice of items from continental and cooked food avaliiable plus hot drinks or juices.Our room was clean and comfortable perfect for our long weekend stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel."
