"The room is clean but small. We could smell the coffee from our room when breakfast begins at 7pm. There is no refrigerator in our room, which is fine for us, as it is not hot summer yet. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant downstairs is terrific - we had the dinner and every dish was very well prepared, e.g. the authentic Scottish Grille, the black tempura pudding. The view in front of the dining room is amazing - either on light rainy day or blue sunny sky. Only wish the parking lot...

"The evening and Saturday staff were wonderful. Very pleasant, friendly and funny. When we arrived Friday morning, the young woman didn't seem happy to be working, so that is why I didn't give staff a 5, she was a bit negative and seemed to be put off by any questions we had. She also didn't ask if we needed anywhere safe to store our computers, where as the evening and Saturday staff asked us without me inquiring. "The hotel location and in-room amenities were excellent. They thought of so many things when designing the room product such as fogless mirrors, ambient lighting, great dark-out shades and numerous other items. I would have rated the hotel much higher, except for the cleanliness and maintenance of the room product. I am assuming some additional staff or training would help in this area as vents were extremely dirty, showers had some mold in areas and overall the room was very dusty. I knew...

"The rooms were great! We were there for two nights and ate dinner at the restaurant both nights. The food was delicious. The breakfast was really good too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. If we are ever back in this area we want to stay here again."
