"Beautiful hotel, only issues are change of bedding doesn’t seem to have been done since previous room guests for the sheets were dirty with traces of pubic hair etc. we slept on the mattress pad and removed the pillow cases and put towels on pillow cases. We understand the concern about the environment etc but with cases of measles and other diseases around, is it really worth not washing the bedding from 1 guest to another? We stayed in London, England last December 2024 and they change the bedding every 3 days while we were there for 12 days and yes, the bedding was very clean when we arrived. As for breakfast, I’ll save from paying for breakfast at hotel and prefer other outside restaurants, the whipped butter in the jar was not even nice to look at so please bring back the little butter and jam packets."
