"When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have a room for me due to construction closing down 2 of their floors. They magically found a room after i was googling new options in their lobby for 10 minutes. The room they gave me was 85 degrees and it couldn’t be adjusted. There were bugs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. The elevator worked 25% of their time. Disaster."

"Breakfast was extra and so we decided to pass at $16 a person. Toilet leaked and ran constantly. Halls smelled like Marijuana and pool area not clean. Overall incredibly disappointing."

"Our room had a very noisy HVAC system, no microwave oven and our floor had no ice machine. On top of that, the pool was closed."

"I loved staying in this historic beauty with a speakeasy jazz club beneath it. I enjoy vintage style and this place was simply a delight and adjacent to the Eastman Museum! Great little boutique find!"

"It was very inconvenient having to enter the airport every time we returned to our room but my bad for not realizing the hotel was located on airport property. This hotel is extremely overpriced for the type of room this was. It was a small room with a very tiny bathroom. Not many parking spots either. This is a convenient place to stay if you’re needing somewhere to sleep after a flight and I guess that is what you’re paying $200/a night. "
