"Big property with lots of room for the kids to play outside"

"I don’t mean to be too harsh or rude but while I was there the only thing I could confidently say is that it was extremely close to a breakfast spot. When I checked in I was happy with the staff and the owner/manager. He was very nice and friendly but when I went into my room it appeared clean. There were stains on the pillows and the toilet didn’t work. I noticed a couple stains on the towels and the bathtub had a stain from the old mat that used to be there. "Property has bedbugs i told them i was not taking my room i would Check to see if they did a full pest control shut down the building. Owner said to my niece they never had bedbugs And another person told me they had them 2 years before."

"Room was cozy. Parlour was nice. The sauna did not work even after waiting the 30-45 mins it barely heated up which was disappointing. "

"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!"
