"Property is close to the Flinders Street Trams as well as the Spencer Street ones. Just a 5 minute walk from the Skybus terminal as well as Southern Cross Station. Makes getting around Melbourne easy."

"1 night stay as had early morning flight so was what we expected for the price. Staff very helpful as needed ground floor room due a disability. Couldn’t find remote for tv and no buttons on unit to turn it on. "

"I stayed in room 233 Had to walk two flights of stairs no elevator Communal kitchen on 2nd floor...6:30am-9:30pm Laundry on 1st floor 2 washers 2 dryers...$4 each for 45mins Rooms were small but livable Great shower Serviced daily with linen and towels...no vacuuming 24hr check in or out (always someone around) Had trouble with loading netflixs etc Used smart view instead....which kept cutting out "

"Excellent value for money. Location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. Staff were friendly and efficient. Had a late check in (12am) and it was no problem at all. Would stay here again for convenience. The room was tidy and bathroom clean. The hallways did look a little run down but we did not spend too much time at the hotel anyways. Housekeeping was great:)"

"Conveniently located, only a short walk to Southern Cross station and there is a tram stop right at the front doors. The apartment was well equipped, with a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen, great for if you don’t want to eat out and are staying a while and need to do laundry. Only down side was the bed was quite uncomfortable, pillows were thin feather style and an older spring mattress that was quite firm. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again when visiting Melbourne."
