"Just want we needed staff were fantastic and really went the extra mile to accommodate our early arrival and had the room ready for us. Room was nice and big and comfortable. It is a little dated but generally expected. Breakfast was good also. But staff really made the stay were super helpful and friendly. "

"Unfortunately as we had travelled by train we were limited to using the buses to get into King's Lynn which was quite a good service but was a long 20/25 minutes walk to the bus stop from the hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean throughout. Delicious food "

"Lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It has a great resident’s garden. The bedroom was a good size, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Some touch up to small chipped areas of paint would be beneficial. The breakfast was good and we ate at the hotel on one evening. Small menu but the food was excellent. Loved our stay. Sad to hear that it is closing at the end of August as it has been sold and becoming assisted living accommodation. "

"Excellent service. Very old building so there a few things that are as best as they can be but are not what you may expect. For example, the tub is higher than normal and would be problematic if you are older. Heat seemed to be missing except in the bathroom. Still, we would easily stay there again when we return. "
