"The staff was amazing!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome fitness center, one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Great location. Good Breakfast. Overall a clean and well run facility. A couple things i didn't like was my room carpet was stained and the bathtub was draining slow. I would stay again. Fix those 2 things and my rating goes from good to excellent."

"My card continues to be charged by them and they will not give me a reason why. On the day of check out they charged me an extra $60. When I called and asked why, I was told it was a mistake and would be reversed in a few days. A few days later they charged me over $100 more. Continuing to try to speak to them and they cannot give me answer as to why it is happening."

"Needs updating. The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom needs repair work. The breakfast was not very enticing."

"The rooms were clean but the walls are thin! We had to move to a different room due to noise. The staff was very accommodating and switched us without any issues. The hotel was central to what we needed it for. The Ice machine did not work on our floor so we had to go to the next floor to grab ice. Breakfast was a plus. Last time we stayed, they were renovating. All and all, we would stay here again."

"The room had a consistent foul smell. Learned that other rooms nearby had same problem. Two bathroom fixtures did not work, maintenance staff person came, took one look at fixtures, said they would not be fixed due to pending renovations. No mention in web site or on property that mentioned any renovations. Upon initial arrival, front desk staff person appeared somewhat like she was being disturbed by our arrival, but on last day at check out seemed a little more friendly. People have good days...

"Very well kept Hotel. Managers reception was nice. Made to order omelette/eggs were excellent with a great variety of other items as well to choose from. Location was less than 10 minutes from the airport!"

"Overall, the stay was great. Location is perfect for walking around downtown Raleigh. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were above and beyond when it came to requesting extra towels and sundries (coffee, cups, etc.) and telling us about local information. "I always stay here for the clean rooms, the park and ride option, you can always count on their shuttle to get you there on time. Friendly staff, good food and the market is great too."

"We were very disappointed. There is NO restaurant there. It's the same breakfast that you get at all hotels, except it cost $16 a person + tax and then they expected a tip. Also, it was in there common area. No adjoining restaurant. The rooms were only cleaned every other day, which the description said every day. We were there for 3 nights and it was not cleaned at all. We'll stay somewhere else next time we are down."

"The staff was very friendly & helpful. The complimentary happy hour & breakfast buffet are always a hit! My only suggestion is that you convert those tubs to walk-in showers. They are too high to step over for seniors & probably children too. Also consider a non-slip surface to prevent injuries."
