The location is great. Close enough to walk to the city centre but still far enough away from the city noise
Best part about this hotel though is the receptionist Dilrukshi. Very friendly, personable and genuine. Always greets you with a smile and asks about how you're doing in a non forced way, you can tell she actually cares about her guests.

The room was was away from the main road so there was no traffic noise, but i believe the rooms next to main road must be noisy. "The bedroom was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was extremely damp and mouldy. Overall abit of a tired hotel. Staff are nice but couldn’t help me much with my issues or questions.
There is a nice pool but a large party playing loud music and drinking had been allowed to sit by the pool so it felt uncomfortable to use the pool when I arrived.
I paid more for a “Mountain View” room but I was told that didn’t really exist so I wouldn’t advise booking that and paying more...
