"Shuttle app is a joke, big waste of time! Always a delay, not at all accurate. The staff gave conflicting information and weren’t all that friendly or helpful at times. For instance, we were not told at check-in that the rooms are serviced every 3 days or, you had to call and request. We found out when we returned to the hotel after being out all day and the room was not cleaned. We spoke to the Manager and he said he would take care of it but again, no one showed up to clean! "For the price it was not worth it $600+ for a hotel/casino under construction and when asking the front desk for assistance there was none. We went for a concert cancelled due to a leaky ampitheater not ready for Minnesota weather (booked rain or shine and at concert time shining) . $600 + poor toiletries in room , lacking decent towels and over all mediocre at best, taking advantage of concert goes by inflating rates. Have tickets for another show this summer but will rethink staying there."
