"The rooms are very clean and pretty nice. And the location was ok. But this is as the most hostile and rude staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Eye rolling and sighs basically every time you interacted with them. To be specific, with any of the male staff. To the point I was sitting at the bar and they were talking about me while thinking I didn’t know what they were saying. It was really really odd. Absolutely terrible."
"Wonderful staying in hotel in a Warsaw in a center close to old city to train station to bus station to all little gathering to have a listen concert of Chopin to all architecture pieces whatever you want to see if you came to Warsaw, especially in the first time walkable a distance clean safe. They have breakfast in, but I always prefer to explore they have kettle water in they room so you can have a tea in the evening."
"Very nice little hotel close to the city center. Numerous bus and tram lines arround the corner, lots of little restaurants and a shopping mall within the radius of one/two hundreds of meters. Not far from the airport
For the price, this is a very nice hotel. Clean, friendly service, and I was pleasantly surprised because this hotel has a soda water machine in the hallway"
"The staff at the front desk were especially helpful answering my questions and securing Uber rides for me. Once staff, Weronica, was patient and helpful whenever I needed assistance.
The elevator system was new to me and very efficient.
The breakfast buffet was very amply supplied with a variety of items.
Overall, it was a very good stay and I would stay there again."
