"We have stayed here a few times, this time wasn’t great. The bar/cafe was closed, it was a shame we were not advised before we went, this is the main reason as an away fan we stay here. WiFi wasn’t working, staff were grumpy. Stayed on the 2nd floor, next to three roads, the road noise was terrible! Car park is full of rubbish. Should we play Wolves next season I will think twice about staying here again."

"It's obvious the Hotel was undergoing renovations. When we arrived, it wasn't too obvious where the reception was, which was just a desk in the bar area. Our room was on the 1st floor, when coming out of the lift on that floor a room map would have been really useful. We (and another couple who arrived around the same time) were wondering around like lost souls trying to find our allotted room. The room itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped.
