"Great place to stay the night after a 2 hour drive plus 3 flights. Easy drive from Rochester airport. Quiet as there was no conference."

"The pool was cold and had a few dead bugs so we only paddled our feet when we wanted to swim. The room and breakfast were fine. We have been to better Fairfield Inns in other parts of the country."

"- No alarm clocks. I had to spend the first night going over to the microwave to check the time numerous times and then arrange for a wake up call. Then I had to go buy an alarm clock the next day. Never seen a hotel room without one before. Bizarre. - Asked if I needed to request housekeeping, but they said no, they had a list. Then I got back the first day and they HADN'T come. "main lobby smelled awful, like dead animals. I thought it was the snow, but stayed again and same issue. Room was clean though. just really bad first impression."

"We were there for multiple nites. After the first one we had to ask the front desk to have our room serviced as had not been. The staf dealing with guests are excellent, very friendly and goi g out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfast cook was excellent "

"Overall not a bad spot. If I came up here I would consider coming again. I wish it felt cleaner I think that’s the biggest thing. There was gunk on the window curtains in one of our rooms and the bathrooms didn’t feel very clean there was a lot of buildup on the drain and the ceilings. "Hotel was clean and basic, knowing there were 3 occupants, I wish they set up the room with enough towels and pillows so I didn’t have to call and ask. We booked a suite, the couch was extremely uncomfortable hard as a rock and could have used cushions, there was only 1. Pool was small, but otherwise the hotel appears to be clean."
