"To be very in depth, the resort was great, the staff were always great and upbeat They do like to itemize every single little thing, which is a common thing with resorts these days, but kind of wish someone would just throw those “fees” up front. Feel like it’s a little silly you could use lawn chairs freely around the resort but 20ft away at the beach area you can’t touch the 200 they have stacked without payment. Maui brewing company was subpar service but had little to do with the resort...

"The entry to the parking lot is across the street from the beach. The labeling of the floors is weird but the rooms are clean and comfy. Would stay here again."

"What's not to like? It has everything you need and is reasonably priced unlike the rest of Maui. I liked the beach house restaurant across the street. And there's other dining options down the road. The beach is nearby. The staff was really friendly and helpful . It was great. "

I watched dolphins swim by from my couch but… My couch was infested with tiny ants and the HVAC in the living room was so loud, I learned to spend time only in the bedroom or outside. The place was safe, quiet, friendly. The other guests were friendly and well mannered. The location was great. Off the beaten path but convenient to amazing snorkeling and easy access to food. My place was dated and not well cleaned. Dried rice grains on the couch, a hair on the pillow,...

All the amenities were greatly appreciated. This was mine and my family’s first time in Hawaii and definitely can’t wait to return to the Maui Schooner! "
