"Beautiful new clean room with a tiled walk in shower. Very nice pools and pool bar. Excellent location to food and shops in Kīhei and short drive to Wailea. Luxury feel on a tighter budget."

"First, the staff was extremely nice and professional, the low rating is not a reflection of them. We were on a cruise that docked overnight so wanted we a room off the ship. It had great ratings on Expedia. We were told that since we booked with Expedia, we were VIP. However, our room was like an isolated jail cell. The courtyard area ( pictured on site ) was beautiful and simple. Our room was VERY old and beat down, and horribly located. The linen seemed clean but, the room itself ( furniture...

"I paid an upgrade for an Ocean view, and we could barely see water out the corner of our window. The room only smelled bad - like feet. We did have a good experience in the restaurant though. With that said - I will not be staying here again, and will not be recommending to family or friends."

"This is an older but clean property. While it could benefit from some updating, it is well kept. It reminded me of the 1980s in many ways, but that also reflects the reasonable cost. Easy access to the beach. Near many great facilities and quiet. The staff including front desk, cleaning crew, and grounds people were nice."

"This was a modern clean and comfortable room. This had air conditioning which was nice to have. It also had a microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. The B units do not have a beach view however the property was located on a very nice beach and also had a nice pool. On the property was a small store and an equipment rental for the beach and ocean. "
