"We booked the "Romantic Suite" through Expedia, only to discover that the room was completely windowless. Although the listing described it as being below ground level, it did not disclose that there were no windows whatsoever. In fact, the description mentioned "blackout drapes", which rather suggests that windows exist! What makes this particularly disappointing is that Expedia's listings in other countries apparently disclosed that the room was windowless, whereas the UK listing did...

Bedden waren prima. Ontbijt was goed, genoeg keus.

"I like the location of the hotel. It’s a walking distance from the train or bus station. And, it is so close to the center of Colmar. The grocery store is just across the street. The hotel is so clean, and spacious. Breakfast was just right. The staff are super nice, too."

"Stuff was very helpful. Room was clean and basic. Bed was comfortable and firm. There is an elevator, but every floor has a interesting two to three steps down within the same floor to get to my room. So be aware of that. Even with the window closed you can still hear the trains go by. It's no problem for me since...

"Clean and adequate rooms with air conditioning, friendly staff, awesome breakfast."

"Schone kamer, goede info, wifi voldoende snel. Topontbijt!"
