"The hotel was lovely and very convenient to central Florence. Car access was difficult, however once at the hotel they safely parked our car and picked up luggage when we departed. Excellent service. Lovely breakfast. Very happy with our stay!"

"The room was great very clean and updated. Didn’t get to try their breakfast as we would wake up after their breakfast time frame. One big issue was it says kids stay free and when I booked it my reservation clearly said 2 adults one kid. The hotel said to me the reservation was only for two adults then I showed them the confirmation and they switched it up on me and said kids to them are two and under all other have to pay. I had no choice due to the lack of hotels close to where we wanted that...
