"Buenas Instalaciones y amplia habitación con regadera. Excelente Desayuno Buffet. No alcanze estacionamiento pero a una cuadra está el del tren y es más barato. Volvería con gusto !!!!"

"POSITIVE:Clean room and helpful staff. Parking ok. Walking distance from all main places to visit. Just leave your car parked. NEGATIVE: Stayed four nights. Reported that the refrigerator was not working yet it took them 2 days to get one that worked. No security box. No ice machine. Though we were 3 adults only 2 glasses were provided."

"Relación calidad precio sobresaliente,situación excelente"

"Very traditional Spanish and perfect. Not like bland modern hotels. Real radiators, warm bedroom, rooms spacious. Great aspect and daylight and nice staff."

"La ubicación era ideal. Y el personal muy smable"

"The AC didn’t work. This made the stay a bad experience in summer ( 35C / 95F ) - the room was constantly warmer than outdoors. The only communication method with the staff was texting. The staff never responded until we followed up. Remotely they wanted us to believe the AC was fine, even though it’s not our experience. The AC problem was never fixed throughout our 3 nights stay. "Fantastic hotel & facilities & staff - will re-book it again :)"

"Modern appartement with a view either to the street or the backyard. Good location for viewing the historic center, WLAN was slow."

"La habitación, el baño y las toallas estaban limpias y el personal fue amable A tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor Son habitaciones muy ruidosas, poco aislamiento, se escuchan todo de las habitaciones de al lado y de la calle Nos alojamos un sabado y tuvieron el bar abierto hasta las 2 am con musica que se escuchaba en la habitación Aunque indicaban que se podía desayunar a partir de las 8:30h, nos fuimos sobre las 10 y no habían abierto el bar aun."

"It took me over 30 minutes to find the apartment when arrived by taxi from Leon airport. After talking to the owner on phone and realized that the address on Expedia website is not updated. Finally checked in the apartment with WhatsApp communication with the owner who gave clear instructions to get the code and key to enter. Clean and tidy nice 2 bedroom apartment which oversees the Plaza Mayor and the NH Collection Leon Hotel, close to the Cathedral and a short walk to restaurants. Good stay...

"Alda Vía León is a absolute gem. You couldn’t ask for a better, more central location to explore the city. The hotel combines classic charm with squeaky-clean rooms and fantastic value for money. On top of that, the service was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!"

"Muy buena cama , excelente limpieza y buen desayuno."
