"Was close to the train station which is what we wanted. Easy to get to hop on hop off and local restaurants.
Standard room was clean and bed was comfortable. Beyond that, not much to say."
"Staff was attentive and helpful. Not enough towels, Two guest and only 4 hangers, had to ask for 2 more. First time I didn’t pack my own shampoo and they didn’t have any (just body soap combines hair-wash). I walked out to see the front desk and couldn’t get back into my unit (locked out) due to keeping things secure. I had to wake up my roommate to go open the door to our unit."

"Very close to the train station. Staff were very professional! Julietta offered us a map, and gave recommendations for restaurants nearby. They have a locked storage closet just to the side of the front desk, for guests to store luggage before and after your reservation. Location is away from traffic, so very quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable, so we slept GREAT!"
"Good location right by the terminal and plenty of restaurants & convenience stores within a couple mins.
Room I had could definitely be updated but nice bed & pillows and literally only needed the room to sleep & shower.

"I find it impossible to leave a good review after this hotel totally ignored a problem we had.
We needed a taxi to the ship port and it was arranged. However we were never told that we needed to pay in cash. In fact we should NOT have to pay cash as they have the ability to take credit cards.
We were also told to never pay more than the price posted.
So when we got to the port the driver got very angey when we said we didn’t have cash. We were berated and overcharged by about 30 euro.
