"Due to the conflict in the Middle East & flying from Australia my flight with Emirates was move, this motel wouldn’t accommodate the change of date. Not a good business model when there is conflict in the Middle East affecting the flight paths. Sending the required documents as per there request this was denied. "Great hotel! Rooms were very nice and wheelchair friendly for us. The free breakfast at the restaurant (Figo’s) was very nice and we at lunch and dinner there as well. Great restaurant, one of our favorite places in Rome! The front desk staff was very nice and even help arrange private transport to the airport for us which was very helpful. The hotel is in a cute neighborhood with little great markets near by for us to get drinks and snack. Would definitely stay there again."
