Staff is amazing- very attentive, profesional and helpful. However rooms look dated, they have very old heavy wooden furniture, 70s like, yellow walls and green old carpet. There is no air conditioner in the rooms only in the lobby. Bathrooms are not equipped with a hair dryer. If you need one you need to ask at the reception. Also rooms do not...

"Die Wohnung war sehr schön und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Es gab direkt vor dem Gebäude Parkplätze. Der Check-in war ganz unkompliziert mit Code und Schlüsselbox, sodass wir auch in der Nacht anreisen konnten.

"I’ll start with pros: good breakfast, nice views, and decently sized room. Cons: No AC, room does not get fully dark, bathroom was at a slant for us so we could only bathe, tub leaked, and again let me repeat NO AC. They also don’t do room service so if you’re staying more than 2 nights that could be a problem."
"Willa Iskra was ideal for my visit to Zakopane. The location is clean,quite, and cozy. The location was walking distance to Krupowki Street, and the bus/train station, but jus far enough not to have the noise of the busy streets.
