"Oda temiz di , personel de Mr. Rado ve Mr.Kadir Çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Ancak personelin diğer kalanını full negatif tavır sergiledi ve hiçbir misafirperverlik göstermedi."

"Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. You can really feel it’s a family hotel—comfortable, caring, and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!"

"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it "

"Great place to stay for a couple nights to explore Rila national park. Comfortable beds and beddings, great food, breakfast and dinner."

"Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. "The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached, and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

"Everything was good, good location, parking, much space"

"Lovely chap who owns and runs the hotel, very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend "

"Great location. Great room. Great view. Friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast"

"Quarto limpo, grande, tranquilo. Refeições boas. Piscinas limpas e quentinhas. Não usei o SPA por opção minha. Bom estacionamento coberto. A recepcionista do check in foi maravilhosa, dia 16/05 , atenciosa, simpática , me levou até perto da cancela que acessa o estacionamento, mostrou o hotel, avisou que tentaria um check out às 14h se o apartamento não estivesse com reserva e tudo com um sorriso no rosto. Em contra partida, a recepcionista do dia 17 era totalmente diferente. Não esboçou um...
