"Easy check-in, nice location within 5 mins of town centre, aircon in room good, you have to use opposite hotel for breakfast and bar if needed, local supermarket for supplies if needed, tea and coffee facilities in the room but not refreshed after the first day which was annoying."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were warm and friendly. Location is perfect, close to the restaurants and bars but far enough away for it to be quiet at night. We will definitely be back!"
"On arrival one room was still dirty from previous guest, with their personal items left in room. Our other room reaked of urine. Front desk was less than helpful, wouldn't let us speak to manager. We asked them to clean 1 room and we removed the chair from 2nd room that was urinated on. They finally offered a different room the next day for smelly room. Location is great but not even am apology or anything for inconvenience. Poorly ran hotel!!"

"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. There is free drinking water in the lobby though. Building is very old and not well maintained. Really steep stairs to the first floor. Even though the place is mostly empty they put you in rooms next to other people and the noise from the hallway and the garden is crazy loud, paper thin walls.
