"The staff is fantastic and very helpful, even called my B&B at the Rome airport to inquire about airport shuttle for us there. The room is basic and functional. The bed was comfortable and good shower. Really cool 100 year old cage elevator up to our room. We chose this property because it’s directly across from the train station and we had a 7am departure. The area itself is as you would expect near a station..a little grungy. We walked to the harbor and that was a bit sketchy too from here so probably best to just get a taxi. Overall it was fine."

"We arrived at the hotel a day late due to a flight cancellation and the front desk staff could not have been more warm and welcoming after what became nearly a 48 hour journey for my sister and me. They actually upgraded us to a sea view room at their newly renovated sister hotel which is right next door. MH Hotel Varazze. What a lovely sea view room with a nice bath, in room safe along with a mini fridge. Nice, quiet residential neighborhood. The daily continental breakfast is incredible and the wait staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even the daily room cleaning attendants are pleasant and personable. I will return again and again. The hotel Miranda and MH Hotel Varazze are amazing. "
