"Great option for a newer property in the west end. Close to highway and Kanata points of interest."

"Great place to stay when you have an early flight. Direct access to the airport without going outside. The room has everything you need. It was very clean. We ate at the restaurant. My salmon was amazing. My husband ordered spaghetti sauce and although the flavor was outstanding, there was a little too much salt. Great waitress and service."

"Very good location and excellent view of Ottawa. But the hotel needs refurbishing. The bathrooms are old, have no storage for toiletries, no anti slip in the tub and no safety railing to get on and out of the tub. Ours had no fan and the window did not open. Amenities in the room were minimal."

"Good basic accommodations."

"They have 3 elevators, 1 wasn’t working, then during our stay 1 kept getting the guests stuck so they shut that one down for repair and when we took the 3rd one, it would open the doors to your floor until 3 or 5 floors above the one you selected. They said they would be fixed by morning and some of our kids still got stuck. Also, the light switches and lamp's didn’t work in our room. The breakfast was also not the tastiest. And barely any staff to help. Our team will not be staying there...
