"Limpieza buena.
"This is a lovely property that is extremely convenient to the entrance to the walled historic centre of Lucca. The staff was great and our two bedroom suite was perfect!"

Fabio, the bartender at the bar provide us excellent service and was always working hard. He’s a great representation of what good customer service should be. The breakfast staff at the breakfast buffet also went above and beyond to make sure our coffee orders and food were just right. Thank you to...

On top of this, you’re locked into the parking and it has to be opened by the front...
Ontbijt was minimaal."
"The hotel was great - not a five star but for the price it was excelent value. The old style building and decor were lovely and it felt like an authentice Italian hotel - much better than the often 'faceless' hotel chains. Bellisimo!"
