"The person at the reception on the day we checked in and out was absolutely brilliant and he was very knowledgeable. Sorry, I didn’t get their name. The hotel (family building which was separate) itself felt a bit in need of a spruce up although was in a brilliant position in the centre of Pisa right next to the Tower. "Stayed in the the Junior suit with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful like a big family! Typical Italian rustic style but very charming hotel. Lucca only about 8 minutes away by car. Will come back again! Breakfasts are the same every day which is a bit boring . We would like to have more options like a fruit salad / soft fruit and tomatoes and eggs to choose from. Other than that - lovely place to stay. Thank you all for looking after us .
