"Wonderful boutique hotel amongst the dusty and noisy streets of Uyuni. The surrounds were typical for the city unfortunately. We were only there for a night after the salt flats tour. Nice breakfast, helpful staff. Only negative is that our room was very cold and we never figured out the heating. But that was more our fault than anything. "

"We spent one night in this hotel. We booked it as the last minute as the hotel we first booked was closed. We arrived at the hotel by bus before 5 am and Almidena staff was there and opened the door for us. They also allowed us to early check in so we could get a room to take shower and had a nap. The staff Santos (hopefully I remember his name correctly) is very helpful. He took care of us very well and provided all convenience for us. Only one thing I can complain this hotel is its facility....

"Very nice property middle of the deserted area. I was very skeptical after reading all the reviews, but I’m glad I stayed in this hotel. Most of the reviews was done when this hotel was going thru construction period. If you’re from U.S. just book this hotel it will meet your standards. PROS * Salt flat is 1 mile away * All the hotel amenities are available * If you’re into pictures lots of cool spots to take pictures inside the hotel. * Dinner was amazing specially quinoa...

"The hotel has been renovated recently and it shows. It's a very nice place, comfy bed, rain shower, spacious room, good breakfast. All in all a good place to stay and a good value. Just so you know--no elevators, but they have a safe place to store luggage after checkout."
