"The staff was amazing. We spent a lot of time socializing with them throughout the trip. They were warm and personable. We loved the hotel rabbit - Victor. Breakfast was good and cheap. The woman working the breakfast area was great. The location of the hotel was in the middle of everything. It was perfect. Elevator only went to fourth floor of five floors. Only 2 people could ride down or it wouldn't move. It was very small."

"There was a mix up with our reservation and it was late night when we arrived. Front desk helped get us into a “sister” hotel not far away at the same rate. Very grateful for their assistance working this out. Sister hotel was fantastic "

"Very nice hotel with excellent staff just outside of the train station making transportation very good. It is about a quarter mile to the Grand Isle and easily walkable to the tourist area. I am glad I stayed there and would stay there again."

"A very nicely renovated room overlooking the gare de strasburg. Good location for exploring. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Lower floors are still being renovated so request a renovated room. "
