"Overall a great hotel and excellent location with local shops, restaurants and shopping nearby and the Kyoto station is only minutes away. Hotel offered complimentary coffee, toothbrushes, and other hygienic items which were very appreciated. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the bathroom is very functional. We would stay here again when we visit Kyoto."

Other than that, I think you’d have a hard time finding a better bang for your buck. "

"Wonderful hotel. We upgraded to a deluxe room from the standard triple we booked for our family of 3 and enjoyed the comfort of the larger room. The hotel is near Shin-Ōsaka station which has numerous public transportation options (once you figure out how to locate). The breakfast was fantastic. My husband enjoyed the public bath. I think we would have liked to have a gym but we did a lot of walking so was ok to skip our regular fitness routine. "

"It has all the amenities you need but is about as welcoming as an airport. Kiosks, QR codes and screens for everything. I had to fiddle with the TV to find the home page for wifi password (which could have been printed on my check in ticket) but at 9:45am the next day the TV immediately turned on to remind me check out is at 10am and I would be charged if I stayed longer. The bed clearly hasn't had the mattress rotated as it was lopsided and the bathroom has no where to place a toiletry bag -...

"Is my 1st time staying in this hotel and it is very convenient and assessable to train station and also to Shinkansen line too. Am travelling with my parents who is above 65 years, the location is around 7 mins walk from hotel to the train station. To Kujo station only 4 mins. Visiting Kyoto scenic places usually travelling via bus or train, and it is very convenient.
